  一、Credit Assessment Team Manager(信用评估团队经理 )
  This role is responsible for managing a mix of Home loans Pre assessment and assessment teams, including managing costs, complex processes, quality, and knowledge. This role will also make credit decisions, has direct customer contact over the phone and dealing with challenging customer conversation and ensuring processes are efficient and streamlined.

  The Credit Assessment Team Manager role will be responsible for the following duties, but not limited to:
  Manage cost ensuring effective unit cost control
  Identify and improve efficiency and effectiveness within the teams
  Work with the Operations Manager to establish and execute the strategic plan and direction for the team in Bangalore
  Management of all business costs
  Cost reduction
  Ensure that teams meet customer charter measures, including definitions, measures and controls
  Ensure quality outcomes are delivered, in line with SLA’s, to maximise customer satisfaction
  Stakeholder management
  Ensure adherence to ANZ policies, processes and external regulatory/legislative requirements
  Bring together multiple business functions, streamlining process and maximising customer experience
  Identify and implement ongoing improvements to reduce operating costs
  Suggest opportunities to improve process, based on customer input and innovations in designated area and share best practice with peer group
  Implement standardisation of operations
  Agree service standards required
  Manage turnover and engagement
  Manage talent pipeline and leadership development
  Support senior management to drive a performance management culture
  Ensure optimal resource loading and capacity planning, in conjunction with other Operations Managers, to realise optimal service level delivery against minimal cost

  二、Credit assessment analyst(信贷分析师 )
  Role description:
  To provide a high level of quality output through the exercising of quality credit decisions, within CAD
  guidelines, whilst ensuring excellence in customer service and adherence to Group Credit Policy, Code of Banking Practice and service level agreements.
  Process items/events with timeliness and accuracy.
  Meet or exceed productivity standards.
  Handle queries from ANZ customers & staff.
  Provide continuing liaison with customers through to final resolution.
  Exercise thorough credit worthiness assessment and sound decision-making utilising appropriate CAD.
  Proactively re-package and communicate deal options with ‘customers’, as appropriate, for
  deals which would otherwise be declined.
  Effectively communicate all credit decisions.
  Achieves progression to appropriate skill levels within agreed timeframes
  Apply lending/credit policy, product guidelines and a high level of judgement, in assessing applicant’s credit worthiness.
  Research customer requests by gathering all relevant information/data, ensuring all
  available avenues and sources of information are investigated.
  Develop sound relationships with customers & staff by maintaining two-way
  Meet or exceed quality assurance standards.
  Ensure all research and investigation is accurately recorded including supporting
  evidence and documentation.
  Ensure cases are processed in compliance with current policies, guidelines and legislation.
  Adhere to Group Credit Policy and Code of Banking Practice with the objective of
  maximising revenue and minimising risk.
  Escalate all applications over CAD, with appropriate communications.
  Act as a key reference point.
  As subject matter expert, resolve complex customer issues.
  Handle queries from customers & staff.
  3 years credit assessment related experience in banking, financial institute, etc

  The role is primarily providing the bank back office operations services per required timeframes and service level agreements (SLA) which including Account Services, Payments, Lending Operations, Reconciliation, etc.
